About the Role
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Handling
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads
- Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings
- Follow up on quotations, pending leads, and repeat customers
- Upsell services, annual contracts, and add-on treatments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Customer Service & Coordination
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Coordinate service schedules and confirmations with operations teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes
- Ensure a smooth customer experience before and after service
Feedback & Reporting
- Collect post-service customer feedback
- Identify repeat business and referral opportunities
- Maintain basic call, sales, and follow-up reports
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, call center, or tele-sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage)
- Comfortable with phone-based selling and customer interaction
- Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain all equipment and tools in good working order
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- School leavers or those who have completed G.C.E. Advanced Level are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pest control, service, hospitality, or distribution sectors is an advantage
- Must possess a valid driving or riding license
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
